Javanese traditional houses are called Joglo houses. This traditional house used to be only
               owned by nobles, kings and noble people. Joglo house has its own uniqueness compared to other
               traditional houses. The house for the Javanese is not just a place to live, but also a symbolic unit
               for its owner. That way, the position of the house is a reflection of the personality and life of its
               inhabitants. Analyzing traditional Javanese houses is the same as discussing Javanese people and
               their culture as a whole. The structure of the Javanese house building is a spatial arrangement,
               which reflects a typical building such as the pendhapa, pringgitan, dalem, kitchen, gandhok, and
               gadri.  The  relationship  between  these  structures  is  a  structure  whose  manifestation  process  is
               strongly influenced by Javanese mythology and cosmology. This means that a traditional Javanese
               house  is  not  just  a  place  for  shelter  (practical  function),  but  is  also  interpreted  as  a  form  of
               embodiment of ideals and views of life or a symbolic function.

               Historical Relics


                       The Javanese have traditional weapons that are very well known by many people. The
               typical weapon used by the Javanese is a dagger. The keris is a very important heirloom which is
               also believed to have supernatural powers. Keris is made by Mpu who are forged and given spells.
               One of the legendary kris is the Mpu Gandring kris in Ken Arok's story.
