2.  Gudek
































                       Now, we move to the city of Yogyakarta, there are Javanese specialties which are famous
               for their sweet and savory taste. Many gudeg dishes are sold in the city of Yogyakarta, so the city
               is nicknamed the city of gudeg. The main ingredient of gudeg is jackfruit which is boiled with
               palm sugar, coconut  milk, bay leaves, lemongrass,  and galangal,  until  very soft and perfectly
               mixed. Gudeg is usually served with rice, hard-boiled eggs, chicken pieces, and krecek fried chili
               filled with chewy beef skin.
