Helen Davies is the Vice President, Management Audit for The

Walt Disney Company. She is responsible for developing and

executing a risk-based Internal Audit Plan; monitoring and

assessing the risks associated with the Company's internal

control environment, including as it relates to the Company’s

strategic objectives and growth plans; and evaluating the

operational efficiency and effectiveness of the Company’s

internal controls as well as advising on efficient control

improvements.

Helen has over 20 years of experience with Disney, serving in

various controllership and financial planning and analysis

positions within the Parks and Resorts, Disney Consumer

Products and Interactive Media segments and at Corporate.

Prior to joining Disney in April 1996, Helen was Director,

Business Planning for Taco Bell Corporation, a division of

PepsiCo at that time, serving eight years in positions of

increasing responsibility in the controllership and business

planning organizations. Helen began her career as a staff

auditor with RSM (McGladrey & Pullen) and Windes &

McClaughry in the Phoenix and Long Beach offices,

respectively.

Helen is a CPA (inactive) and holds a B.S. in Accountancy from

Northern Arizona University.
