HAZELWOOD

VP & CFO - WDI

Michael Hazelwood serves as the vice president and chief

financial officer (CFO) supporting Walt Disney Imagineering,

based in California.

In this role, Michael is responsible for helping to set the

strategic direction for Walt Disney Imagineering by managing

the long-term financial and capital growth plan, annual

operating plan and overall financial performance. He provides

business decision leadership to the WDI leadership team on

key initiatives, financial planning, risk analysis and strategy

.

Michael joined the company in 2004 and has held a variety of

leadership roles in Advisory & Assurance, Financial Reporting

and the Planning and Consolidations team. Most recently,

Michael was director, Financial Reporting for Walt Disney Parks

and Resorts. Over the past few years, Michael has been

instrumental in the success of the global planning process, as

well as in the automation and enhancement of the segment

consolidations and reporting function.

Michael is a licensed CPA and holds Accounting and Finance

degrees from Florida State University and an MBA from Duke

University.
