Adriana Rabinovich joined Disney’s Corporate branch in March 2017 as Vice President, Financial
Planning & Analysis. In this role, she is responsible for partnering with the Media and DCPI
segments during key financial processes including the Annual and Five Year plans, quarterly 19
financial updates, and capital investment planning. Adriana also works closely with key
executives across Corporate Finance including Investor Relations, Treasury, and Controllership.
Previously, Adriana was Vice President Global Finance for Disney Stores, where she oversaw
the reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the worldwide Brick & Mortar and e-
Commerce businesses.

Adriana rejoined DCPI in July 2015 after serving as Vice President and CFO of The Walt Disney
Company (Italy), where she was a key member of the country’s executive management team and
a leader of the transformation of TWDC Italy from line-of-business to function-based operational
teams. Adriana also led and integrated the Finance, Accounting, Logistics, IT, and Facilities
teams for the Media, Studio and DCPI segments in Italy.

Adriana joined Disney in 2001 in Miami, FL as Regional Finance Director for Latin America,
responsible for the regional Finance, Accounting and Production Management functions for
Disney Channels and Media Distribution. In 2004, she relocated to Argentina to migrate the
Finance and Production Management teams from Miami to Buenos Aires as part of a regional
organizational restructuring.

Adriana advanced through a series of financial and operational leadership positions, and in 2005
she moved to Mexico City as Vice President and CFO of The Walt Disney Company (Mexico) to
lead the Accounting, Finance, IT, Facilities, and Logistics departments for all lines of business in
Mexico. She streamlined Home Entertainment’s discounts and returns policies and practices,
and restructured the Credit and Collections department leading to higher efficacy and greater
results.

In 2007, Adriana joined the DCPI team in Burbank as VP Finance for Global Retail Sales and
Marketing (RSM), helping to re-engineer Global RSM’s structure with geographic emphasis on
ADRIANA RABINOVICH China, Japan, and Latin America. A year later, she joined the Global Toys team where she
participated in numerous multi-year licensing contracts negotiations with major global toy
companies.

Vice President, Financial Planning & Prior to joining Disney, Adriana spent five years with News Corporation, based in Los Angeles,
and worked across Latin America to lead the Finance team for Fox Sports Latin America. She
Analysis also managed the start-up and launch of the Sky TV services in Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and
Argentina.

Adriana has a Bachelor of Business Administration from EAFIT University and a Masters of
Business Administration from CSUN.
