If you have shopped for Disney, Pixar, Marvel, or LuscasFilm merchandise or
books at your local retailers, you have interacted with Disney’s global licensing 24
business. As vice president of Technology at Disney Parks, Experience, and
Product -Tamra Soto leads a team of technologists in support of the business-
facing platforms and services that drive the global licensing business pipeline,
from managing deal terms to creating/distributing digital assets, managing
product development workflows through revenue reporting and forecasting. Her
team also supports the global Book Publishing business for both licensed and
vertical business models.

Over the course of her 28-year tenure with Disney, Tamra has held numerous
leadership roles, contributing to the Company’s overarching digital footprint
through technical direction and platform development for corporate, DCP Latin
America, games (pc, console, mobile, streaming), retail, DCPI digital operations,
publishing, and licensing. She is also a founding member and active champion
of our company’s Women & Technology initiative.

A Southern California native, Tamra is a graduate of California State Polytechnic
University, Pomona and resides in Venice, CA with her wife and very active
puppy.
