Beth Ritchie is Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis at Disney Parks,
Experiences and Products (DPEP).

In her role, Beth is responsible for DPEP segment-wide forecasting, annual
operating and capital plans, review of major capital projects, finance support for
Human Resources, and facilities for the Glendale campuses for Consumer
Products.

Beth joined The Walt Disney Company in 2007. Prior to joining DPEP, Beth spent
6 years in the segment finance team for DCPI / DCP leading the planning and
forecasting process. Prior to that, she spent five years in the Corporate Financial
Planning and Analysis group. Beth had the pleasure of supporting the Studio
Entertainment, Consumer Products, Parks and Resorts groups, as well as Cash
Flow Planning for the enterprise while at Corporate.

Prior to joining Disney, Beth was Senior Director, Corporate Finance Planning &
Analysis at Electronic Arts. She has also held positions at Lucent and Coopers &
Lybrand. Beth graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of
Business Administration in Accounting and earned her MBA from Arizona State
University.

Beth lives in Santa Monica with her husband, her 13 year old daughter, and her
BETH RITCHIE dogs. She enjoys spending time with friends, her large extended family and
playing/watching sports.
