Julia Gatewood is a Finance Director at The Walt Disney Company
currently supporting the Human Resources organization in the Parks
& Resorts segment. Her Disney career has spanned over 25 years
where she provided financial planning and reporting support for
many other disciplines including Internal Audit, Marketing,
Merchandise, Attractions & Entertainment, Advisory & Assurance
(Sarbanes-Oxley, Fraud Prevention, Fraud Detection, Internal
Controls) and Disney Vacation Club Controllership.

Julia received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
(Accounting) from the University of Central Florida. She is a Certified
Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Florida and a member of the
University of Central Florida’s Accounting Advisory Board. Julia also

JULIA GATEWOOD serves on the board of a local not-for-profit, Thrive Clermont,
focusing on teens. Julia began her career working for Arthur
Andersen & Co. on the audit side of the public accounting firm. Julia
married her husband Doug and moved to Clermont 25 years ago
Finance Director and they have two daughters, Emily and Audrey.
