Kathi Riddle is a highly-effective executive with over twenty-five years of
experience and proven expertise in pricing, revenue management, forecasting,
finance, strategic planning, project management and international business.

She is currently responsible for integrating 21st Century Fox businesses with
Disney Parks, Experiences & Products into one cohesive, efficient and
productive organization.

Kathi recently led the Revenue Management & Analytic teams, while living in
Shanghai, for Hong Kong Disneyland, Shanghai Disney Resort and Tokyo
Disneyland Resort, with disciplines of pricing, planning and forecasting and
revenue management, to drive revenue and profits for the Asia sites. She also
provided vision and direction for technology product program integration and
lodging, and the total vacation experience strategy for all Walt Disney Parks
and Resorts.

Kathi is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from Oklahoma State
University in 1992 with her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration
with a double major in Accounting and Spanish and received her MBA from the
University of Phoenix in 2001. She began her career as an auditor with Deloitte KATHI RIDDLE
& Touche LLP in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and then joined The Walt Disney Company
in 1995. She has held various positions in Finance, Sales & Travel Operations,
Business Insight & Improvement and Revenue Management and Pricing.

Kathi lives in Windermere, Florida with her husband, Terry, and sons, Carter
and Camden. She has served as a mentor for Oklahoma State University’s Disney Parks, Experiences &
College of Business Professional Mentoring Program, a member of the West Products
Orange Bobcats Football and Cheer Board of Directors and on the Holy Family
Catholic School Parent and School Association Board.
