On Madhu (Phani) ;
Madhu's contribution for TSB has been phenomenal, as we all have come to appreciate, IT is
the backbone for all activities, & Madhu fits the bill eminently. While his data crunching started
from the word go , as our efforts peaked ,luckily we could get his 100% attention as he was well
into his mandatory Foreign Leave, upon repatriation from Mauritius.
This Man from Managlore is a quintessential RK Laxman's character ,Simple, Affable and
Capable..
On Abhijit (Phani) -
I don't know what intuitive beleif had led me to request Abhi to pick the selection for 1st Lunch
/Banquet /2nd Lunch/ , from the Menu on offer.
He did it single handedly and rest of the core committee just accepted his draft. And what a
smash hit menu we have !!!
I suggest that , at times when we get stuck with lengthy menu's for family
occasions such as weddings ...Do remember our great Abhi's talent
ON GS (Uma)
..it was admirable how you managed to get every single person on the dance floor without even
appearing to try........there was no coercion......not even persuasion!
What’s the secret? Is it just the contagious spirit of celebration?
And Neeru in her inimitable style :
*Tussi Party di Jaan ho* I have heard that smiles are contagious but first time I saw that
the your dance is contagious. Every time I will hear the song *badtamiz dil* I will
remember you.
The celebrations flowed, as did the accolades afterwards. Here are some words from the
participants. While we have striven to bring you as many as possible, there may be some errors
of omission.
“Heard melodies are sweet, but those unheard are sweeter” goes the poem .And while the
accolades by some of the participants are rich and evocative, there is a huge wealth of emotion
and joy that may remain unsaid but was very real.
