This  list  of  advantages  is  by  no  means  exhaustive  but  in  meant  only  to  be
                   illustrative.  To conclude let us understand that:-

                   - The purpose of training is the creation of knowledge and awareness in the staff
                   and knowledgeable staff  is a powerful tool for achieving objectives.

                   - The mode of training to be imparted is the prerogative of the management and
                   it can never be static or rigid.
                   -  Let  us  apply  ourselves  to  suggesting  various  measures  to  improve  upon  the
                   training  system  in  the  bank  instead  of  advocating  the  abolition  of  a  good
                   measure.
