WASHROOM PROCEDURES AND GUIDELINES

1. There shall be separate washrooms for male, female and

PWD, with proper signages

and/or symbols.

2. Mirror/s shall be placed in all

washrooms.

3. Cleaning should be done

regularly in the morning and

in the afternoon.

4. Fixtures shall be kept safe,

clean, functional, and

damage-free.

5. Water and hand soap

(liquid/bar soap) shall

always be available.

6. Toilet paper shall be

available. *The washrooms of SDO 1 Pangasinan

7. Dipper and pail shall be provided in every washroom.

8. Trash bins with garbage bags shall be placed in all

washrooms. Emptying of trash bins shall be done at the

end of the day.

9. All cleaning agents, cleaning materials, and mops shall

be kept separately from the washroom.

10. All washrooms shall have a daily log form for cleaning

schedules and shall be placed at the back of the

washroom door.

11. Administrative aides shall affix their signatures in the

daily log form every time they clean the washroom. An

assigned focal person shall check the cleanliness of the

washroom anytime in the day.
