OFFICE PANTRY PROCEDURES AND GUIDELINES



               A.Kitchen Cabinet

                      1. Lunch boxes, tumblers, or drinking cups with cover,

                         and other utensils shall be properly placed inside the

                         cabinet.

                      2. Dishes  and  utensils  shall  be  washed,  rinsed  and

                         returned to the cabinet after use.

                      3. Kitchen cabinet shall be cleaned once a week to be

                         free from dust and insects.

                      4. “Clean  As  You  Go”  (CLAYGO)  shall  be  observed

                         before leaving the pantry.



               B.Coffee Vending Machine

                      1. Coffee vendo machine shall be properly washed and

                         regularly cleaned.

                      2. It shall be switched off and unplugged when not in

                         use.



               C.Water Dispenser

                      1. Water  dispenser  shall  not  be  obstructing  the

                         passageway.

                      2. Water dispenser especially the catch basin shall be

                         cleaned and wiped off dry daily.

                      3. It shall be inspected once a week for any leakage or

                         drip.

                      4. It shall be switched off and unplugged before going

                         home in the afternoon.
