8. During power interruption or power failure, all

electrical machines shall be switched off or

unplugged.

9. No items or documents shall be placed on top of

the machines.

10. Machines or equipment shall have a platform and

shall not be placed directly on the floor.

11. Office equipment and other paraphernalia shall be

placed in designated areas accessible for

authorized users.

12. All fixtures, machines and equipment shall be

checked regularly to ensure cleanliness,

functionality, and damage-free condition of office

machines and equipment. Any maintenance activity

shall be recorded in the Repair and Maintenance

Record Book.

D. PUBLIC ASSISTANCE DESK

1. Clients shall accomplish the Customer Feedback

Form in each office.
