E. OFFICE SAFETY

1. An Evacuation Plan shall be posted on a

conspicuous area in each office.

2. All working places shall be free from broken

electrical outlets,

faulty electrical

wirings, busted

fluorescent lamps

and other worn-

out facilities.

3. Electrical wirings

shall be properly

installed and shall

not be placed directly

on the floor. Octopus connections are not allowed.

4. Electrical machine plugs shall be compatible to

outlets and electrical wirings shall not run across

passageways.

5. Functional fire extinguishers shall be placed safely

outside the office, preferably on the wall near the

hallways accessible during emergency.

6. Hallways and stairways shall be well–lighted and

electrical wiring shall be properly installed.

7. Computers, electric fans, and other equipment

shall be turned off when not in use.
