RECORDS FILING



                         Systematic  filing  of  records  ensures  that  documents  are
                  properly kept and organized. This would ensure fast and easy

                  retrieval of necessary information whenever it is needed.


                         Records arranged in files should be properly labeled for easy

                  identification and accessibility. Whether files are placed in papers
                  or  stored  in  electronic  folders,  they  should  be  labeled  with
                  information  related  to  the  activities  and  functions  for  easy

                  tracking and locating.
