C. CONFERENCE ROOM



                      1. Entrance/Exit/Hallways shall be free from

                         obstructions.

                      2. Floors, ceilings, windows, tables and walls shall be

                         clean and dry at all times.

                      3. There shall be a fixed LED monitor or TV ready for

                         convenient use.

                      4. The audio-visual equipment, sound system and

                         laptops shall be checked regularly, and tested a day

                         before the actual division events/programs to

                         ensure quality performance. It shall be turned off

                         when not in use.

                      5. Lights and air conditioning units shall be switched

                         off every after use.

                      6. Tables and chairs shall be properly arranged every

                         after use.

                      7. “Clean As You Go” (CLAYGO) shall be observed

                         before leaving the conference room.
