4. Combination  blinds/Office  curtains,  partition  walls

                         and  employees’  cubicles  shall  be  cleaned  twice  a

                         month.   A record book for cleaning shall be kept by

                         the General Services Unit.

                      5. During  the  working  hours,  only  papers/documents

                         and  other  paraphernalia  related  to  work  which

                         require  immediate  action  shall  be  placed  on  the

                         working table one at a time. The documents shall be

                         placed in a file box which is color-coded per office

                         building. To wit:

                                                          i.  Red – Building #3

                                                         ii.  Blue – Building #2

                                                        iii.  Green – Building #1

                      6.  Common supplies shall be in one area accessible

                           to all.

                      7.  Steel or wooden cabinets labeled with personal

                           files shall be allowed.

                      8.  Hanging of outerwear

                           (jacket/blazer/vest/sweater/shawl) on chair shall

                           not be allowed.

                      9.  No trash bin shall be allowed inside the office.

                           Reusable/Recyclable papers shall be placed in a

                           labeled box.

                      10. Chairs shall be positioned in proper place every

                           after use.

                      11.  “Clean As You Go” (CLAYGO) shall be observed

                           before leaving the office.
                      12. Electric fan shall be unplugged and placed in a


                           corner when not in use.
                      13. All electrical appliances and equipment shall also


                           be unplugged from the outlets, when not in use.
