This final project focuses on optimizing processes at a dairy farm by doing a work-study (multi-moment sampling), quality control analysis, project feasibility assessment and forecasting. Our aim is to analyze workflows, identify improvement-worthy areas and propose data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. The challenge lies in accurately collecting and analyzing operational data supporting meaningful recommendations. After on-site observations and studying production records, the goal of this project is to develop comprehensive analysis and actionable strategies for dairy farm process optimization.

This project presents a comprehensive plan for the construction and management of a 480m2 duplex villa on clay soil, employing pile foundations. It addresses critical challenges, including regulatory compliance, material selection, budget management (totaling 2,140,853 ILS) and adherence to an eight-month timeline. Our study proposes strategies for mitigating common construction risks, such as delays and cost overruns, using advanced project management tools, like “Gantt charts” and risk assessment models. Special emphasis is placed on quality assurance, safety protocols and resource optimization. The project’s deliverables include a detailed construction manual, designed to: guide developers; ensure efficient execution; and maintain high-quality standards and regulatory compliance.
