Improving and and streamlining the packaging packaging and and quality control process at Adama’s packaging packaging departments

In this project we investigated the the the current situation at at at the the the packaging department of the the the the "ADAMA" factory We identified the the problems and and proposed engineering methods for solutions and and we we conducted a a a a a a a comprehensive literature survey Via work work sampling we we determined the the workers' load efficiency and and and the the the standard time for for for packaging one product product We determined demand forecasts for for for the the types of products we investigated according according to to to different models and and and standard error indices We proposed a a a a a a a a a a a suitable inventory policy according according to to to the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) model and and and forecasted demand We also built suitable control charts and and and suggested proposals to to reduce the percentage of defects Keywords: forecasting inventory management quality control work sampling Improving and and streamlining the the production production system and and reducing depreciation in in in in in in the the production production lines of "Danya Cebus Smart Construction"

The project was was carried out in the the production department of the the "Dania Sibus" factory Our first step was was to to identify existing deficiencies and and conduct an an an an appropriate literature review In addition we collected a a a a a a a a a a a random sample to measure defective products Through work-study and and the the the synthesis method we we determined the the the time required to produce one unit To predict demand we we chose a a a a a a a model with acceptable error rates We offered a a a a a a a a a a a a a a new inventory policy based on this demand forecast and and and and the cost of of of placing and and and and maintaining orders Simulations of of current and and and and proposed manufacturing processes were performed to to test our improvements Keywords: forecasting inventory management quality control simulation work study 50
