For this project we inspected the current streamline of “Biosense”
We found issues in in in in in delivery time for CARTO products that created a a a a a a a a a significant delay in in in providing items to to customers abroad We analyzed the the product’s delivery durations using the the PARETO analysis system and and found two issues: poor supply planning and and faulty inventory inventory We suggested an an an an inventory inventory policy solution solution for for for forecasting order costs and and a a a a a a a a a a a quality control solution solution for for for for for faulty-product rate determination For forecasting demand for for for for the main items we offered applicable solutions The solution solution for for for stock availability and faulty inventory was defined by the simulation results Keywords: forecasts inventory management PARETO Analysis quality control Project management of "Hod Hasharon Tower"
