In this project project we we we examined new food products
research and and development development processes at the the the "Hagavia" plant We reviewed all the the the developments there in in recent years and and and and checked which which which projects projects were were implemented which which which were were successful and and and and and which which which projects projects failed and and and and and at at what stage Our goal was to shorten development development time make better use of of of development development budgets and and and and increase success success and and and and profitability for for the the benefit of of of new new projects to to come In addition we we proposed a a a a a a a a a a a structured process
for for developing new new products

In our project we we investigated the the the the situation in in in in in in a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a parts warehouse for "Adir" planes and and how these aircraft are are maintained at at at at the the the the the the Nevatim airbase
Through sampling and and and analysis of of the the the the the the inventory we we determined the the the the the the delivery delivery time time time time of of of of various items items items and and the the the the the the waiting time time time time for items items items in in in in in in in short supply We found that this time time time time constitutes about 45% of of of of the the the the the the the total delivery delivery time time time time of of of of the the the the the the the items items items In addition we we examined the the the the the "backlog jobs" and and the the the the the prioritization of of of of the the the the the various tasks to to be performed and and we we we proposed a a a a a a a a a different policy for for scheduling scheduling scheduling jobs jobs instead of of SPT scheduling scheduling scheduling we we suggested EDD scheduling Keywords: BENCHMARK forecasts inventory management pareto scheduling scheduling Book of Abstracts | 2023
