planet. The stingrays, turtles, jellyfish, sharks swam above us. The aquarium is
            a home to over 140 species of sea life which swim in 10 million litres of water.

            The students were able to view and observe divisions of the aquarium as its
            food preparation facility and laboratory. The rainforest section was an amazing
            sight to the most incredible freshwater animals like the giant catfish, playful
            otters,  piranhas  etc.  alive.  Another  highlight  of  the  Underwater  Zoo  is  the
            UAE’s  Night  Creatures  that  took  the  kids  on  an  educational  journey  to
            discover the amazing diversity of Arabian Wildlife. The massive wonder King
            Croc weighing 750 kgs added value to the student’s experience. The Indeed,

            the visit to the Aquarium was our students' passport to discover the world's
            aquatic treasures!

                                         Islamic Week –Assembly

                                                        Year-4




            Year  4E  conducted  the  assembly  on  8th  November,  2016  on  the  theme
            “Respect”.  The assembly  was  compered  by  Hira  Saqib. The  whole  assembly

            was  linked  to  the  main  theme  of  Respect,  The  importance  of  Respect  in  the
            Light of Quran and Hadith.” Hatim recited the verses from the Holy Quran
            and Fathina did the translation for the same. After the National Anthem, the
            class came up with the presentation of importance of respect in our day to day
            life  which  was  very  informative.  Thereafter,  the  class  presented  a  beautiful

            Nasheed,  which  was  enjoyed  by  everyone.  Parents                              also
            expressed  their  views  on  the                                                    importance
            of      Respect                                                                     and      how
                                                                                                 they  help
                                                                                                 their
                                                                                                  children

                                                                                                  to
                                                                                                   develop
                                                                                                   the habit
                                                                                                    of
                                                                                                    respect.
