DIRECTIONS


               1.  For Green Sauce mix arugula, olive oil, parsley, garlic
                   cloves, baby spinach, hemp hearts in a blender and blend
                   until smooth
               2.  Arrange bacon sliced into rings and place the bacon in the
                   oven at 325 F and cook until done
               3.  Tuck 3-4 asparagus tips into each bacon ring and add
                   green sauce, sprinkle salt and pepper and cook for
                   another 12-15 minutes

               4.  Remove from oven and serve
