BREAKFAST BOWL

                   INGREDIENTS


                   -   2 eggs

                   -   2 strips bacon
                   -   ½ up cheddar cheese

                   -   ½ cup salsa
                   -   2 tablespoons butter

                   -   ½ avocado

                   DIRECTIONS


               1.  In a bowl scramble the eggs and place them into the
                   skillet, cook for 2-3 minutes
               2.  Top the eggs with shredded cheese and bacon

               3.  Slice avocado and place it over the bacon
               4.  Top with salsa and serve
