Site Condition Assessment
Within Section 5, there are three components for each Lodi Unified

Includes information about the school facility such as address, PHOTOS
year constructed/modernized, site acreage, current student
population, classroom quantity, and portable classroom count.
Also included is a list of recently completed projects.
• Condition Assessment
Includes a description of building and grounds issues identified
by District Facilities staff and in the survey completed by the
Principal.
INTERIOR & EXTERIOR
• Assessment of Program Needs PHOTOS
Includes facility needs that will support the school’s educational
program goals in conformance with the Lodi Unified School
District’s educational goals.
• Interior and Exterior Photos
Includes representative photography of the facility and site
during LPA’s site walks which took place in late April/early May
of 2015.
