            -  Potential value adding and the future: In case of intellectual capital we must

               look beyond retrospective way of thinking. Intellectual capital consists of two parts. The

               first is what I have already described, which deals with those assets which are already

               produced, which are already done. The second part is the trust that this productivity of

               intellectual capital will stay in the future or even rise in time.

               As we could see nowadays intellectual capital became one of the most important issues in

               a companies life and success.

          2.4  Value creation through the deployment of intellectual capital.

               Nowadays many managers are coping with the problems caused by economic crisis.

               At all times employers of all companies are trying to find out ways to increase company’s


               value added. Recently, intellectual capital and its components became very important and
               even vital for the life of some companies. The spread of informational technologies, new


               inventions and innovations has a strong impact on every company’s strategy, mission,
               main objectives and goals. In addition to this, many scientists (Bontis, 1999;


               Stewart,1997; Ulrich, 1998; Sanchez, 2007; Edvinsson and Malone, 1997; Zéghal and
               Maaloul, 2010; Palumickaitė and Matuzevičiūtė, 2007; Mikulėnienė and


               Jucevičius,2000)
