How a sheet took the world
Habits change. TV calls at Dr. Beckmann
No conversation involving “Made in Hessen” is complete without the Stain Devil from Dr. Beckmann. And the regional TV station, Hessische Rundfunk, sees it the same way. With the TV crew on site in Egelsbach, the channel reported on the renowned stain-removing hero, as well as the company behind it, delta pronatura.
The charmingly enthusiastic moderator, Jens P üger, not only highlights the product line’s history, but
also – in an interview with CEO Nils Beckmann – the
positive development of the entire Dr. Beckmann brand as market-leading experts in the laundry detergent and cleaning agent sector. In fact, the moderator demonstrates himself in front of the camera with ketchup, chewing gum and jam. We see how e ciently the little stain devils work - an obviously he leaves the laboratory stain-free! Moreover, viewers learn that Dr. Beckmann actually produces custom-made Stain Devils for certain countries. As the motto goes: “Di erent country, di erent stains”. In China, for instance, people were
waiting in vain for an e ective stain remover to combat soya sauce – at least until 2013, when much needed help came from Hesse.
Just like all our cleaning agents, the Colour & Dirt Collector Sheet was really put to the test in the laboratory. Valuable explanations, information and numerous worthwhile tips from our Lab Manager, Dr. Frank Strauß, completed the image of a forward- thinking company with heaps of know-how and passion – in the heart of Hessen.
