INCENTIVE AVAILABILITY
McKinney Economic Development Corporation (MEDC)
provides incentives to qualifying businesses wanting to
develop a business presence at McKinney National
Airport.
MEDC determines the amount of the incentive based on
several factors: the taxable amount of new real property
improvement (hangars/office), business personal
property (aircraft) brought to McKinney and the number of
jobs/annual payroll either new or relocated to McKinney.
The sustainability of a project can also influence the
MAJOR AREA EMPLOYERS amount of the incentive. Funds can be used for
Raytheon Company Liberty Mutual infrastructure, relocation, training and other business
McKinney ISD FedEx necessities.
