Routine Procedures
Weekly
Check the oil level and the condition of the oil.

Check general operating condition. Pump should be run smooth with no adverse noises coming from it. If pump runs
rough or makes strange noises, or if there is a drop in pressure, refer to Trouble Shooting section below.

Trouble Shooting

Pump does not run • Blown fuses • Replace fuses
• Overloads tripped • Reset overload switches
• Faulty starting circuit • Replace starting circuit
• Faulty motor • Replace motor
• Air in water supply line • Purge water lines
• Inadequate water level in tank • Fill supply tank and confirm that the

functioning properly
Drop in volume or pressure • Air leak in suction line • Replace suction lines
• Worn unloader valve • Replace unloader valve
• Empty supply tank • Fill supply tank and confirm that the
Hydro Minder™ valve is
functioning properly
