INSTALLATION & STARTUP
Chapter 11 Rocker Blaster and Rocker Spin Cleans
Mounting the Rocker Spin Clean with Undercarriage Manifold
Component placement is covered on the 11 x 17 pages located at the end of this
document.
The Rocker Spin Clean / Undercarriage Wash system consists of an undercarriage manifold; a main
feed tee with check valve, one 90 degree fitting and two 44” hydraulic hoses. It will have to be
assembled in the field. The main feed tee will be installed on the side closest to the equipment room.
The Rocker Spin Clean will be fed off both ends of the Undercarriage with the provided hoses.
Undercrriage Wash Mounting
If mounting on a flat surface, the mounting tabs will have to be bent to the floor so the undercarriage manifold can be
lagged.
The side manifolds will have to be pointed at the correct angle, but not until after the system has been started and
checked. They can then be angled to your desired coverage using a pipe wrench.

1) Secure the main feed manifold with the check valve on it to the end of the undercarriage manifold closest to the
equipment room.
2) Secure the other side manifold to the opposite end of the undercarriage manifold.
3) Position the manifold with the center hole 5” towards the driver side of the doorway’s centerline.

CAUTION
Do not install nozzles or adjust angle of side manifolds until the system has been started and
flushed out.
5) The Rocker Spin Clean should be positioned down the bay leaving ample room for the Photo Eyes or exit doors.
6) The undercarriage manifold should be rotated 5° into the bay.
