Chapter 11 Rocker Blaster and Rocker Spin Cleans

Rocker Blaster Utility Connections
1) Secure the check valve to the side manifold closest to the equipment room.
2) Position the manifold with the center hole 5” towards the driver side of the doorway’s centerline.

3) Make sure the holes of the main manifold are pointing directly upward and lag it to the floor.
CAUTION

Do not install nozzles or adjust angle of side manifolds until the system has been started and
flushed out.
4) The undercarriage manifold should be mounted to the floor with the 5° angle facing into the bay.

5) Run a single 3/4” water feed to the check valve.

6) Rotate the Side Blaster Manifolds so they apply full side vehicle coverage.

Rotate one side to
cover the upper
portion of the vehicle

Rotate one side to
cover the lower
portion of the vehicle
