Chapter 17 Reclaim Water Option

Assembling Reclaim Components
7) Install the ball check valve and inlet tee as shown in the images below. Once in place, secure the previously removes
barbed hose fitting into the bottom of the inlet tee (also shown below).

8) Cut the hose to a length allowing it to fit back onto the barbed hose fitting. Secure it into place using the previously
removed hose clamp as shown below.

9) In the original configuration, the copper bypass line dumps water back into the large tank. With the Reclaim Kit, the Relief
Valve MUST be rotated 90° to prevent contaminated water from mixing with the fresh water of the large tank. Run the
bypass line to a drain. Water MUST flow out of tank (as indicated with the arrows in the above image).

It is make this modification if you remove the elbow/tube assembly completely and replace once plumbed to drain.
Note: Reclaim Pump Outlet MUST NOT exceed 70 PSI outlet pressure. The inlet MUST have an
120VAC Valve that will be controlled by one of the systems Output Boards. See Operation
Manual: Source Select for setup information.
