Settings
1) Adjust the hydraulic flow control for a wheel speed between 72 to 80 RPM while under vehicle load
with the hydraulic pressure set at 900 to 1100 PSI.

Note: Do not measure using the top hitch-hikers, as they may not spin at the same speed.
2) Set pneumatic regulators (from the CCU or Control Panel) to approximately 20 to 40 PSI.
3) Adjust the speed of the boom swing into the vehicle by turning the flow control valves on the
cylinders (shown below).
• Clockwise to decrease speed.
• Counter-clockwise to increase speed.
