Maintenance

General

CAUTION

The following steps are CRITICAL TO PROPER OPERATION!!

1) After the first eight hours of operation, remove the belt guard and retighten the bolts which secure
the pulleys to the motor and pump. Check the belt tension at this time.
CAUTION

Over-tightening drive belts can damage pump and motor bearings. This is not covered by the
warranty. Belts should deflect 1/4” to 3/8” when pressed on from above.

2) After the first 100 hours of operation change the oil in the Wanner H-25 Pump. Replace with 10W30
Hydra-Oil available from Wanner Engineering. Oil is to be changed every 500 hours of operation
thereafter.
CAUTION

Do not rotate pump when oil reservoir is empty.
