Trouble Shooting Guide

Problem Cause Solution

Pump does not run • Blown Fuses • Replace fuses
• Overloads tripped • Reset overload switch
(located on Customer supplied Motor Starter)
• Faulty car wash programmer
• Check programmer for damage
• Faulty motor
• Replace motor (Part No. 1MOTOR-EL978)
• Faulty pump
• Replace pump (Part No. 1PUMP937)

Pump runs rough • Fluid too hot • Shut off machine to allow fluid to cool off
• Air in water supply line • Purge airlines to remove bubbles
• Excessive turbulence or vibration in tank • Make sure tank is sitting level. Check for worn
leveling feet (Part No. 1MOUNT-PS750)
• Inadequate fluid level in tank
• Increase fluid level

Drop in volume or • Air leak in suction line • Replace suction lines
