GYRO WRAP™ Signature ® Series

             Initial Start Up
At this point all components should have been installed & verified. You are now ready to test the
machine with & without a vehicle.
                    1) Park a vehicle into the machine so that the front bumper is past the side wheels. Use the image for
                       more details.
                    2) Turn on the motor starters that control the motor/gearboxes.
                    3) Turn on the water supply that feeds the water manifolds.
                    4) Turn on the electrical power to the air panel solenoid valve.
                    5) Turn on the main air supply that feeds the air panel.
                    6) Fire the solenoid valve and extend both side wheels so that they go into the vehicle.
                    7) Adjust the air pressures on the extend regulators so that the speed of each side wheel does not
allow them to come into the vehicle too fast. Also verify the penetration of each side wheel into the
vehicle. Set the regulators at your desired pressure and lock the regulators.
                    8) Now fire the solenoid valve so that both of the side wheels retract away from the vehicle.
                    9) Adjust the “Swing Retract-Flow Control Valves so that the speed of each side wheel does not allow
them to come into the posi-stops to hard. Set the regulators at your desired pressure and lock the
                       regulators.
                    10) Now if necessary, you can adjust the inward and outward posi-stop assemblies to control how far
you want the side wheels to travel in and out. Use the jam nut to lock them into place. Be sure that
the cylinder is not bottoming out. If it is, re-adjust the posi-stops.

                                                   CAUTION

It is imperative that no foreign materials are in the supply lines before final connections are
made. To be sure of this, the lines should be blown out prior to final hookup.
