THE NEON STIK™
Installation
Utility Connection: Flasher Unit not Desired
1) Electrical conduits between electrical enclosures.
2) All wires are #12AWG except the control wires to the relay.
3) User must supply from existing electrical power panel, a supply source of 120VAC through a
20Amp dedicated breaker.
CAUTION
No other connection from this breaker.
4) User must supply a 120VAC signal from existing car wash control panel such as “Datatrax™”,
“Compuwash™” or CCU.
5) Electrical connections at The Neon Stik™ are made using wire nuts and covered with electrical
tape.
6) User supplied relay. Contacts must have a 15Amp rating.

Black L1 to Black L1
White L2 to White L2
Green Gnd to Green Gnd
CAUTION
If relay is NOT in the Belanger, Inc. CCU, it MUST be housed in a “Water-Tight” enclosure
and in the “Back Room”.
