Trouble Shooting

Problem Cause Solution
Neon fails to light • No voltage • Check source (the breaker)

• Faulty carwash controller • Check controller
• Faulty relay • Replace relay
• Faulty flasher • Replace flasher
Neon lighting flickers • Faulty transformer • Replace transformer

• Faulty wiring • Replace wiring
Neon lighting is dim. • Loose bulb • Make sure ALL bulbs are securely
in place.
• Potentiometer is set at its fastest
flash rate • Adjust the flash rate
