Maintenance

Routine Procedures

Daily
• Inspect operation
• Inspect air filters
• Inspect photo-eyes, verify that light on receiver is operating
Weekly
• Check alignment of photo-eyes, and verify that light on receiver is operating.

• Clean lens on both photo-eyes with using mild soap and water and a dampened soft cotton cloth, be sure to
dry off thoroughly.
Monthly
• Inspect Wind Door frame for cracks, and verify anchor bolts are tightened

• Inspect wiring and junction box for moisture and corrosion.
Note: Dielectric grease is good for detouring corrosion

• Remove rollers and clean, removing any excessive dirt
• Lubricate Bi-fold hinges with a silicone spray or grease
