Installation

Arch Assembly
Both leg assemblies are identical and can be used on either side. Be sure to use Teflon tape on all
connections.
Use stainless-steel compatible Teflon™ tape and Liquid Teflon™ on ALL fittings.
1) Uncrate and inspect shipment for damage, and to verify that all pieces are there. If there is any
damaged equipment, file a claim with the trucking company immediately. Receiving party is
responsible for filing claim with trucking company. Notify your local distributor or Belanger, Inc.
immediately If shipment is determined damaged or incomplete.
2) Remove the steel band from the shipping pallet.
3) Locate the two Leg Assemblies and the Head-Beam Assembly and lay them out as shown below
(lay them on a soft surface like i.e. blankets, carpet pieces, etc. to protect the finish).

4) Locate the supplied 1/2-13 x 1-1/2” fasteners and 1/2” lock washers. Secure the three assemblies
together on both sides as shown below.

5) Locate two of the supplied ear-clamps and secure the hoses located in the Head-Beam Assembly
to the barbed hose fittings on the top of the Leg Assemblies together on both sides as shown
below.
