Installation

Nozzle Installation
1) Locate the supplied nozzles and nozzle extensions. Secure all extension into the manifolds through
the small holes in the foam covers.
2) Electrically connect water solenoid valve or other optional equipment to the car wash controller unit
(if applicable).
3) Flush system lines and manifold, then install nozzles according to the Nozzle Guide beginning on
the next page.
Note: Lubricate nozzles and extensions with a Liquid-Teflon™ (NO TAPE) for easier installation
and maintenance.

Note: Nozzle selection is dependant on application, Nozzles vary for High-Pressure, Reclaim,
Pre-Soak, Waxes and R.O.

Dual Feed Manifold Option
If the Dual Feed Manifold option was purchased, you will have received (1) piece, part
no. 105998 in the accessory box with your Belanger Arch.
To prepare the Arch for dual feed, simply select the water feed inlet at the top of the Arch
®
that you would like to be dual fed, wrap the threads with Teflon tape, and screw the
assembly into it.
