Installation

Assembly

1) Dig out and pour Correlator pits according to your supplied specific sites “Pit Plans”.
2) Locate driver side Correlator section and place it down inside of driver side outer frame that have
been cemented into the ground.
3) Locate passenger side Correlator section and place it down inside of passenger side outer frame
that have been cemented into the ground.

Welding the Guide Rail
1) After the Conveyor has been installed, weld the Guide Rail “Y” Section down onto the 4 x 3 x 3/8”
angle of the Correlator Frame.
(A) This dimension will change from site-to-site. Cut as needed.
2) Weld and grind seams.
3) Weld down the front and weld the 2 x 2 risers down under the seams.
