Installation

Arch Assembly
Both leg assemblies are identical and can be used on either side. The top manifold is symmetrical thus can be
installed with the feeds on either side also.
1) Uncrate and inspect shipment for damage, and to verify that all pieces are there. If there is any
damaged equipment, file a claim with the trucking company immediately. Receiving party is
responsible for filing claim with trucking company. Notify your local distributor or Belanger, Inc.
immediately if shipment is determined damaged or incomplete.
2) Remove the steel band from the shipping pallet.
3) Raise top section above the height of the legs and bolt the top section to the legs using the eight
provided 1/2-13 x 5" bolts.
Note: Lubricate fittings with a light oil for easier installation.
4) Make sure that the Single Aluminum Arch is level. Check that there is an equal measurement of
136” from the driver’s side to the passenger’s side at both the top and bottom of the Single
Aluminum Arch legs.
