FOAMING PODS

Introduction

The newly designed triple foam pods give our customers a combination of good, high quality foam deliverance with an extra
advantage of various setups. This is just another example of Belanger meeting the high standards for our customers.
Our pods are made up of a very durable plastic that is machined to precision with 36 holes drilled at a diameter of 3/32” in
each pod with a sector area of 80°. This large quantity of holes delivers a rich and fluffy stream of colored foam while
making for an ultimate coverage. The three separate foaming chambers connecting the feed block to the pod allow for easy
accessibility for cleaning while providing a sharp look. Inside each chamber are unique foam generators for excellent foam
with minimum chemical consumption. This combination gives the foam the ability to spread itself apart before reaching the
vehicle. The feed blocks and side plates are anodized to a red or blue color that will match the pods and allow for your
product to stand out above the rest. Each air port on the feed block comes with a needle valve for balanced flow on each
side. The center distribution block gives the whole system a neat and clean look. All components are very access able
making for minimal maintenance and very little down time.
The triple foam pods can be purchased with our current triple foam panel or the new dual panel. The dual panel is highly
recommended while it opens the door to many possibilities. It allows the whole system to be bundled into a variety of
different packages. With 2 solenoid valves and 2 water valves it can be used as a single foamer, a double foamer, or as the
triple foamer depending on the wash package. The dual panel is assembled into two separate panels, one being an in-bay
panel and the other a back room panel. With an in-bay panel the customer can have visual feed back while doing
adjustments to the air and water pressures. This all depends on your preference and what is easier for you.
The pod mounting is flexible and Belanger offers many options while leaving tunnel space a non-issue. It can be purchased
with a single aluminum 4 x 4 arch frame; sold as a kit to mount to an already existing 4x frame or sold as a kit to mount to a
Uni-Arch. The operator can set the height and rotation of the pod set to meet your own preference. With two tools in hand it
can be moved up or down and rotated in a matter of seconds.

Note: Uncrate and inspect shipment for damage, and to verify that all pieces are there. If there is
any damaged equipment, file a claim with the trucking company immediately. Receiving
party is responsible for filing claim with trucking company. Notify your local distributor or
Belanger, Inc. immediately If shipment is determined damaged or incomplete.
