                       MAINTENANCE


                       Chapter 2 Preventative Maintenance







                                Turn off the main power before working on the machine!

                       Support Equipment


                          For all of the support equipment not supplied by Belanger®, refer to your
                          corresponding manuals for additional support.

                                    Compressor
                                    Spot free (RO)
                                    Overhead doors (rollers and tracks)
                                    Reclaim mount

                          For  all  Belanger®  supplied  support  equipment,  refer  to  the  Belanger®  supplied
                          manuals.


                       Daily Inspection List

                                   Run a test wash with the best package and verify that everything is functioning properly. This
                                     test includes wheel penetrations into a vehicle.
                                   Use the provided 50 lb. weigh scale and record the top wheel weight. Refer to the top wheel
                                     section of the manual and verify that the weight is within the given specifications. Adjust as
                                     needed.
                                   Go over all of the Neo-Tex™ loads and check for any wear or any pieces that are torn out.
                                     Replace as needed.
                                   Check inside the driver and passenger side pods for any water or air leaks. Repair or replace
                                     as needed.
                                   Verify that all electrical cables are still tight and in place. Repair or replace as needed.
                                   Inspect and clean the bay and treadle assembly for debris as needed.
                                   Check all drains and dirt holding tanks. Repair or clean as needed.
                                   Inspect and clean the Photo-Eyes. Repair or replace as needed.
                                   Inspect all chemical levels and pump settings. Adjust as needed.
                                   Inspect all the in and out going water lines. Repair or replace as needed.
                                   Inspect the water level in the pumping station tank for the optional wheel cleaner. Adjust as
                                     needed.
                                   Inspect  the  screen  filters  inside  the  pumping  station  holding  tank  for  the  optional  wheel
                                     cleaner. Repair, replace or clean as needed.
                                   Look at the fault list. Address any issues. Clear if needed.
                                   Manually turn on the water to all locations and inspect the nozzles. Clean or replace any that
                                     are plugged.
                                   Inspect all of the lights on the signage. Clean off the “STOP/BACKUP/GO” sign with a light
                                     cleaner (same as the Photo-Eyes). Replace if necessary.
                                   Inspect the dryer inlet screens for debris. Clean if necessary.
