Chapter 3 Sudzer® BL Installation

Sudzer BL Assembly
1) Uncrate and inspect shipment for damage and verify that all of the pieces are there.

Note: If there is any damaged equipment, file a claim with the trucking company immediately.
Receiving party is responsible for filing claim with trucking company. Notify your local
distributor or Belanger, Inc. immediately if shipment is determined damaged or incomplete.

2) Remove the steel band from the shipping pallet.
3) Open the box containing the Air Plenum assembly, remove the assembly and then break
down the box so that it lays flat.
4) Lay the Air Plenum assembly, with the entrance side facing up, down on the flattened
cardboard to prevent it from getting scratched or scuffed.

Note: On the Sudzer BL the fan motor is on the passenger side and the air vent is on the driver
side of the assembled Air Plenum.

Installing Center Logo Pendants

5) Retrieve Accessory Box 110590, this box contains the fasteners needed to assemble and

install the Sudzer BL Arch.

6) Locate the Sudzer BL logo pendant. Using a screw gun with a Phillips head bit and the two
screws provided secure the pendant to the entrance side of the Air Plenum, be careful to NOT
over tighten the screws.
