Sudzer BL Assembly

Attaching Legs to the Air Plenum
10) Orient the legs on the driver side and passenger side of the Air Plenum so that the mounting
plate on the top of the legs is next to mounting face on the plenum. Then lay the legs down
on the ground so they extend toward the exit of the tunnel with the foot gussets pointing
toward the floor and ceiling. Refer to the image below.

Fastener & Lock Washer
4 per Leg Assembly

11) Attach the legs to the Air Plenum using the supplied fasteners located in the Accessory Box
and a 9/16” wrench, as shown in the image above.

Installing Wall Washers (Light Bars)
12) Locate the two Wall Washers (Light Bars) assemblies.

Passenger Side Wall Washer

Driver Side Wall Washer

The Quick Electrical Connector on
the Wall Washers must line up with
the connectors on the Air Plenum.

Note: The Wall Washers (Light Bars) are to face the exit of the tunnel.
