The next step of your journey will commence with an introduction from your Design
Co-ordinator in our Production Team. Your Design Coordinator shall liaise between
yourself and your allocated Graphic Designer to ensure we meet all your expectations
for your advertisement.

Both our Design Co-ordinators and Graphics Designers are based in house, in our Head
Office, to ensure we have strong communication channels, helping the process run as
smooth as possible for you.

We hope that you had the opportunity to detail any artwork instructions and necessities
during your initial meeting with our representative, if not rest assured your Design
Co-ordinator will be in touch for a thorough discussion with you before we start the
proposal of your advertising proof.

Once your designated Designer has completed the initial proof, they will send the proposal
to our ‘Quality Control Team’ for a final check before it is delivered to you, via your nominated
email address.

We intend to deliver the advertisement that you envisage the first time around, however we
appreciate that this is your campaign and any updates or tweaks that are required before
your approval shall be free of charge and they shall not affect your six annual artwork
changes.

Our Design Team work to a Service-level agreement of four weeks (from the contract signing
date) for new advertisements (providing we have your artwork) and seventy-two hours (from
receipt of confirmation email) for artwork amendments. Meeting your expectations for your
advert approval is extremely important for us, for this reason we do not provide a timeframe
for when your advert to be ready for your audience.
