When will my advert go live on the screen?
Your advertisement will go live once we have received your acceptance of the proof and the
screen is installed.
How long is the agreement?
The standard agreement lasts for 24 months, this is because the locations we work with
(medical, estate agents, hotels) are all well established in the community and want to
promote continuity with clients on the screen. It also gives you the maximum output to all
clients.

Why have I paid a deposit?
Your deposit secures your advertising slot with Direct Digital, this payment is deducted from
the total of your advertising cost.
Why do I pay an admin/artwork fee?
The artwork/administration fee is for the entitlement of up to 6 artwork changes per year;
this enables you to update promotional offers’ and helps to keep your advertising campaign
fresh.
